Linton Contractors was established in 1992 and founded by Michael Hunt. Over the years Linton Contractors have established a reputation for delivering a high quality and affordable service for our clients, deploying a trained, competent and directly employed workforce who are managed by an experienced and committed management team enabling us to deliver results with an emphasis on quality, service and communication. We specialise in responsive repairs and maintenance and work closely with clients to meet void and decent home standards during improvement projects Our core businesses are:

Our clients include Housing Associations and Local Authorities as well as private clients. We operate principally in the Social Housing sector, but we have also developed our service to include commercial properties. We measure our performance using the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) data, which sets the benchmark standard for appraising the fundamentals of a job. Various elements including productivity, first time fix, target times, post inspections and client satisfaction are assessed. Setting new targets, meeting objectives, delivering added value and innovative initiatives, training and a wealth of experience all contribute to Linton Contractors evolving and thriving as a business. Based in East London, our offices offer excellent links to both Greater London, the M25 and further afield.
